[Teacher Interface]

Once you are registered to this site, you get a username and a password, along with the site address. Afterward, you can connect to the site.
Once connected, the scrolling menus will become active, so will the control panel for access to the library. You will see the names of your city and your school at the top of the page.


Three scrolling menus allow you to manage your library now:
- The menu "Register"
  • This menu allows you to write in the base of your school: names of users, books owned by the school, books lent to the school that you want to make available to users.
  • When you register a book in your base, the fields are filled automatically. (Search is made after the EAN/ISBN or ISSN number)
  • This menu allows you to make reading tests. These reading tests are thereafter stored in a base common to all schools, allowing access to all users of this site.
- The menu "Consult"
  • This menu allows you to consult your database. You access the lists of students, books or all reading tests available.
  • Sorting out: choose to see books corresponding to a given level or book category, or both. Also, you can display the list of all users or only the one of those who you have loaned books. Therefore all loaned books can easily be displayed.
  • This menu can also display all students reading tests'results.
- The menu "Modify"
  • This menu allows you to modify the data of your school base. Data related to a student or a book.
  • You can also add data to bases common to all schools. The name of a publisher, or a category.


Added to the three scrolling menus, on the left side of the page, you have the control panel that enables access to the library.

By default, a computer is not authorized to access the student interface. This is being done to avoid students returning books or taking reading-tests from their own personal computers. By authorizing a computer, the student interface is made available from this particular computer only. When you disconnect from the teacher interface, the authorization is granted for one year.
